To join NRPOA, you can visit our office in Narayanganj or contact us directly via WhatsApp. You will need to fill out a membership form and pay the annual membership fee. New members are welcomed at the start of every racing season.
All racing pigeons must have a registered electronic ring (BAN) linked to a member ID. Pigeons must be healthy and vaccinated. You must register your birds for the specific race event at least 24 hours before the basketing time.
Velocity is calculated by dividing the distance (in meters) by the flight time (in minutes). The formula is: Velocity (m/m) = Distance / Time.
We use GPS coordinates for loft locations and release points to ensure precise distance measurement.
The primary racing season in Bangladesh typically runs during the cooler months, starting from November and ending in February/March. A detailed race schedule is published on our website before the season begins.
